J. Eric Chisholm
J. Eric Chisholm practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability. He is a 2000 graduate cum laude of Salem State College and a 2003 graduate of Suffolk University Law School. Mr. Chisholm was an enlisted member of the Massachusetts Army National Guard from 1995 until 2001. While attending Suffolk University Law School, Mr.Chisholm was a member of the Voluntary Prosecutor’s Clinic representing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a 3.03 certified Assistant District Attorney where he prosecuted minor felonies and misdemeanors. After graduating law school, Mr. Chisholm represented claimants throughout the United States filing for disability before the Social Security Administration in addition to litigating industrial injury claims in Massachusetts before the Department of Industrial Accidents. Mr. Chisholm’s practice is concentrated mainly in the area of workers’ compensation, representing injured workers before the Department of Industrial Accidents. Mr. Chisholm is admitted to the practice of law in Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Chisholm is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and is also a frequent lecturer on the topic of workers’ compensation law at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education seminars.
Steven H. Kantrovitz
Steven H. Kantrovitz practices in the areas Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, Accidental Disability Retirement and Personal Injury. Gaetano Montalbano practices in the areas of personal injury litigation including automobile tort, product liability, slip and fall claims and municipal liability. He speaks Italian fluently and is a graduate of the New England School of Law, J.D., cum laude, 1989 and attended college at St. John Fisher College, B.A., 1982.
