J. Eric Chisholm practices in the areas of
Personal Injury, Workers'
Compensation and Social Security Disability. He is a 2000 graduate cum
laude of Salem State College and a 2003 graduate of Suffolk University Law
School. Mr. Chisholm was an enlisted member of the Massachusetts Army
National Guard from 1995 until 2001. At Suffolk University Law School, Mr.
Chisholm was a member of the Voluntary Prosecutor's Clinic representing the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a 3.03 certified Assistant District
Attorney where he prosecuted minor felonies and misdemeanors. After
graduating law school, Mr. Chisholm represented claimants throughout the
United States filing for disability before the Social Security
Administration in addition to litigating industrial injury claims in
Massachusetts before the Department of Industrial Accidents. Mr. Chisholm
is admitted to the practice of law in Massachusetts and the United States
District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
